The double-channel bag making machine is designed for the automated processing of plastic films (or composite films), achieving continuous production of "fixed-length sealing & cutting + winding into rolls." Widely used in the packaging industry, it converts continuous rolls into finished plastic bag rolls through unwinding, sealing/cutting, pulling, and winding processes.

The hardware layer uses the FL8 Series high-performance PLC (with FR series expansion modules) as the control core, connected via EtherCAT to FV3S-R1 Series servo drives. The HMI features the FE6400WE 10.1-inch HD touch screen, supporting tag communication and IoT functionality for high-speed and stable operation.
